WHY BUY WITH MIDWEST EMOTO?
Midwest Emoto is dedicated to bringing customers the lowest prices while also offering free shipping across our entire store. We want to offer the emoto community quality products that we have personally tested and believe to be the quality us riders are looking for. We want to grow and expand into carrying parts for all the top brand emotos. But most of all we just want to offer quality customer service and providing our clients with quality parts and repair services.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from Auburn Hills, Michigan. Packages are shipped within 24Hrs MON-FRI.
WHAT DOES BACKORDERED MEAN?
Items in our store are in stock unless labeled with an “available for backorder” label. If you place an order for a backordered item it may take 3-5 weeks for us to ship the item. Most backordered items are shipped within two weeks though.
If you combine in stock items with a backordered item, the in stock items will ship immediately and the backordered item will be shipped seperately at a later date.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently only ship within the United States of America.
CAN I DO OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?
Contact us via text message at (248) 410-7192 right before you place your order, then we will send you the additional cost for overnight shipping. We only charge for the fee of the shipping, no additional costs beyond that are collected.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
We do not accept any returns or refunds. We will provide a refund to anyone who received a damaged item from shipping, but only once the buyer has sent the item back and item has been inspected.
